Today’s post is on the absolute basics of arranging your flowers. I will be using the flowers from one of The Flower Project’s Market Selections
Step one. Receive your flowers
Step two. Open the package up and decide whether you want to seperate the flowers out into different vases or keep them all together, depending on that day’s delivery and what you fancy that week
Step three. Line up any flowers that are going to be arranged together at their head height and trim off the stems so they are all of similar lengths
Step four. Put the greenery in your vase first as a base
Step five. Then put the biggest headed flowers in first to create the base shape (the focal points) followed by the smaller flowers to fill in the spaces left
Step six. Viola – your own creation to be proud of
